Extensive experience in building & Operating a Transformation Management Office (TMO), Strategy Execution Office (SEO), Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), Smart City initiatives, Change Management Office.
Extensive experience in strategy development, management, implementation, performance management, operating model design, change Management Process Implementation, organizational transformation, and restructuring projects.
Ability to Design a fit-for-purpose Program Management Office (PMO) in terms of mechanism, governance model, operating model, process landscape, and organizational structure in line with governance that will help association leadership to drive the implementation of projects based on leading practices.
Managing multiple large complex projects, leading cross-functional technical project teams and multi-million Riyals budgets in government entities (+9 clients) like as the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, Ministry of Education Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Saudi Central Bank, the Royal Court - Royal Protocol, RC Jubail, Saudi Post Logistics, Najran University, and Najran Municipality.
